  • Progressive Web App capabilities for offline use

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of InkLocal, you agree to:

  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only
  • Not create or upload content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Not use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

You are solely responsible for any content you create using the Service. InkLocal does not pre-screen or monitor user content.

4. Data Ownership and Licensing

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all artwork, sketches, and creative content you create using InkLocal. Because data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your content.

License to Use: By using InkLocal, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Service Content: The Service, including its design, code, and interface, is owned by InkLocal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. Key points:

  • We do not collect or transmit your creative content to external servers
